Hydropower is called a renewable energy source because it is replenished by snow and rainfall. As long as the rain falls, we won’t run out of this energy source.

Fortunately you can produce electricity from Hydro, biofuels,thermal energy, wind, solar (3 or 4 different way3), tidal and wave power. Non of which are likely to run out for a billion years or so.
